Lori, an Accredited Nutritionist, will lead a discussion around Women’s health with a focus on each of our uniquely female hormonal phases and how to nourish our bodies for sustained health & wellbeing while we sip on beautiful locally made tea blends.

You’ll learn optimal food choices for women’s energy needs, a better understanding of Macro’s and Micronutrients and tips around Stress, Sleep, lifestyle and exercise.

Trinity from The Tea Equation will introduce her teas and business, and you’ll have the opportunity to browse the cellar door before we wrap up.
