Women's PeriPower Bliss balls
These delicious bliss balls are a great snack option and will support Perimenopause symptoms such as low energy, mood swings, thinning hair and just that general blurgh feeling.
Rich in Calcium, Folate, Iron, Phosphorous and particularly Magnesium. Extra collagen for hair and skin support and will help you achieve protein and fibre goals to help your body repair and detox.

Having a thermomix is helpful because blending the coconut into a butter state really brings these together but you can achieve a similar texture by finely grinding coconut in a blender/food processor and adding 1 Tbs coconut oil and reblending.
RECIPE
2 cups shredded organic coconut
1/2 cup almond meal
20 dried dates
2 Tbs Flaxseed meal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 Tbs choc Collagen (can use 2 Tbs cacoa instead of)
2 Tbs Maple syrup
METHOD
Blitz coconut in thermomix for 2 mins, Sp8 at 37degrees, scrape down sides and reblitz briefly.
Add almond meal and repeat as above for 1 minute.
Add dates and blitz on high speed for 30seconds, add flaxseed meal, choc collagen, cinnamom and maple syrup and blitz again until it all comes together.
Roll into approx 20 smallish balls and add to a shallow dish filled with dessicated coconut and shake bowl until they’re all evenly coated.
Pop in fridge to set and enjoy 1-2 as a snack.
